Design Engineering, Inc. proudly congratulates Collin Gillen on his successful completion of the 2024–2025 ACE Mentor Program of Greater New Orleans.
The ACE Mentor Program introduces high school students to the fields of architecture, construction, and engineering through immersive, real-world experiences led by volunteer professionals. With over 12,000 students served each year and more than $4.5 million in scholarships awarded annually, ACE plays a pivotal role in developing the next generation of talent in the AEC industry.
As part of this impactful program, Collin worked alongside mentors to explore project design, planning, and problem-solving—gaining hands-on exposure and valuable insights into potential career paths. His commitment to learning and growth is a reflection of the values we strive to support at DEI.
