Mr. Karlin has a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Following his degree, he immediately achieved the selective credential of Professional Structural Engineer (S.E.) He is an expert in historical wharf, bridge, and building rehabilitation and redevelopment. He has designed and constructed marquee award-winning projects.
