Mr. Hebert is a highly accomplished civil engineer who joined the DEI team with a wealth of expertise garnered over several years in the field. Graduating from the esteemed University of Georgia, he has honed his skills through a diverse array of civil engineering projects, ranging from the development of road infrastructure to the design of drainage systems, water and sewer facilities, as well as flood and erosion control initiatives. With his impressive track record, Mr. Hebert has contributed significantly to projects with a combined construction cost exceeding $660 million.
Mr. Hebert possesses a profound understanding of the intricacies within the realm of civil engineering. His familiarity with the standards set by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOTD) ensures that all our projects adhere to the highest regulatory standards. Mr. Hebert has also successfully contributed to projects with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), further broadening his experience and capabilities. He is dedicated to delivering top-tier work, and consistently completing projects on schedule and within budget. Mr. Hebert’s impressive technical proficiency and project management skills make him a valuable asset to the DEI team.
