Beau Baudier

General Counsel

Mr. Baudier officially serves as General Counsel to Design Engineering, Inc. and is involved in strategic planning, quality assurance, and construction. He manages contracts; subcontracts and subcontractors; insurance; and corporate risk. Mr. Baudier is an expert in financial analysis, permitting, real estate development, construction, software development and historic tax credits. Mr. Baudier earned a M.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a J.D. from Duke University. He has also won several awards for Excellence in Construction and Real Estate as well as Excellence in Historic Preservation.

Personal Experience

Mr. Baudier is a well-rounded and highly skilled professional who serves as the General Counsel for Design Engineering, Inc. With a background in both computer science and civil engineering, Mr. Baudier is able to bring a unique perspective to his role as General Counsel. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University, as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution. In addition, he has a Juris Doctorate from Duke University, which has given him a strong foundation in the legal aspects of business and engineering.

As General Counsel for Design Engineering, Inc., Mr. Baudier’s ability to understand both the technical and legal aspects of engineering projects makes him an invaluable asset to the company. He works closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that all contracts and agreements are properly executed and that the company’s interests are protected.
