Design Engineering, Inc. (DEI) proudly congratulates Brady Pechon on his recent graduation from the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Leadership Jefferson Program.
Brady spent the past nine months participating in this dynamic leadership initiative, which brings together emerging professionals committed to making a difference in Jefferson Parish. The program offered an in-depth look at key local industries and challenges, spanning topics such as economic development, public policy, education, and healthcare.
Throughout the program, Brady took part in site visits, panel discussions, and collaborative activities that deepened his understanding of the parish’s inner workings. From exploring civic operations to engaging in meaningful dialogue on diversity and inclusion, his experience fostered both personal and professional growth.
